I am a blessed individual and am entrusted with more than I deserve: my friends make me laugh, my family supports me and my God cares about me.

I find large bodies of water unnerving, I have a scar on the side of my face from running into a tree in high school, I daydream about living out of my car some day and the people I work with are some of my favorite to be around.

I love web development. I love it because it's a challenge. Anyone can make a website, but those who can make a web application that is both useful and good-looking are a select few of individuals. I like consider myself one of those few.

  • PHP

    PHP

I would claim development in PHP to be my sharpest sword.

I have experience using PHP for everything from simple contact forms, creating advanced web templates (including Wordpress) and even writing complicated Object Oriented development.

PHP and I make a great team; proof of this will appear here shortly.

  • Wordpress

    Wordpress

    I am a Wordpress ninja.

I can crank custom templates out in my sleep; that includes all of the customization you're wanting, too.

Want a contact form? Done. Gallery? Easy. How about the ability to write one single post that shows on your website and sends it as an email to as many people as you want? Voodoo, right? Nope. I can do it.

  • jQuery

    jQuery

I love getting things done in the most efficient way possible. jQuery has the same conviction and I love it for that reason. Not only can it do things like animate simple layouts, but it makes Javascript a breeze all around. I look forward to working with it!

I use jQuery almost every day - it is one of the most important tools in my toolbox. Together, we are well versed in taking "meh." to "BLAM!" and "hmmm" to "ooOOoo." Seriously, you never know what we're going to do next.

  • ASP Dot Net Storefront

    ASP Dot Net Storefront

If you've ever worked with ASP Dot Net Storefront ("ASPDNSF"), you know that it can be an angry, angry bear to design. Some design elements are on the page level and others are in the XML package while some are burried within the code behind!

Fear not - I have spent hours and hours knee deep in this confusing code and know it well. I know where all of the little pieces of code hide and I know how to get them to look like you want. I have murdered many - a - <table> and birthed <div>'s in their place. I have taken HTML that would make W3C cry and turned it into a bed full of red roses. Literally.

I have seen the future of your ASPDNSF site and it looks good.

  • Sitefinity

    Sitefinity

Sitefinity is a crazy-powerful CMS that has near-endless possibilities. Their template system is very powerful, but if you don't write the HTML / CSS just right you will be punching yourself later.

Luckily for us both, there will be no need for self afflicted pain. I have designed Telerik menus in a single bound, and can style and customize the blog module faster than a speeding bullet. Want a custom control? I can do that too.
